Cast List

Recently it was brought to my attention that people who are just now reading my blog have no idea who half the people I talk about are and the nicknames are distracting since I have been known to change them. I’m hoping a small cast list will help alleviate this. I’ll add people, and more detailed descriptions as I go along. As of right now here is the standing.

Future-Hot-Roommate: My best friend and my salvation. This girl is pretty much the coolest person you will ever meet. She’s beautiful, intelligent, modest and can drink me under the table. She’s made Charlotte bearable for me. I’m lost without her.

The Gamer The Cop: I meet this guy at a party and have gone on a date with him. He seems to be growing on me though. July 30th we “officially” began dating and I have to admit, the guy is pretty awesome. It makes me glad I gave myself a second and third chance to get to know him before I completely dismissed him because he is the sweetest person in the world with so much to him. He’s planning on entering the academy to become a cop in February and I must say I’m excited to see where this relationship is going to go Although everything mentioned above is still valid I think the only thing I can really say about him is he’s amazing. I love him, June 20th I’ll be his wife.

C / Connecticut: My ex-boyfriend who is best described as the love of my life. Tall, thin, wonderful facial hair, and the most judgmental person you will ever meet. He is by no means perfect, but I even love loved all of his flaws. I’ll never believe we aren’t perfect for each other. And I’ll most likely never get over him. I’m moving on.

The Chef / Kentucky: My ex who I dated the eight months C and I tried to see other people. I don’t hate him, just hated the way things ended between us. We are no longer on speaking terms and his best friend is a bitch. But I still think of him often, miss him even on occasions. It’s a feeling that passes quickly.

John Mayer: A close friend of mine here in Charlotte who happens to resemble the singer, sort of. He’s very fickle and socially awkward which is most likely why I am drawn to him even in the least. My crush on him comes and goes, depends on if he is being a douchebag and lame or his sweet, charming self.

Mr. Southern: He is a friend from a long long time ago. Even though we were both in relationships when we knew each other there was always a friendly flirtation that was rooted in a deep and dangerous curiosity of each other. Now, years later he has reappeared on the scene and things are getting interesting.

Deer: A very good friend of mine who I have known for years. Although we were introduced to each other through our then mutual friend Hyde, we have become very close in the past few years. We have experienced heartbreak and drunken debauchery as well as the lose of family members and friends. He is someone I feel I can always count on. He is proof that no ones perfect but he is still one of the best people I know. He is also C’s best friend and was his roommate for many many years

Fast-Car-Guy / Daredevil / Michigan: An old friend of mine who I haven’t been on the best terms with due to a messed up FB situation. Still, he seems to be around a little more and might make a few camios.

Goose: A manager at my big job. I adore this man. He’s the light of most of my days.

SweetM: Another good friend of mine in Charlotte. She’s close with John Mayer and lives in the same apartment complex Hot-Roommate and I live in. She’s a good time, easy going and always kind of quiet. Her face and laughter is so animated though, it’s amazing.

Kindred: One of my oldest and dearest friends who happens to have moved away to finish her last two years of college.

Mrs Blue Eyes: My ex best friend from high school. She introduced me to The Chef and upon our breakup and my reconciliation with C we stopped being friends. It makes me sad because we were always so close. We had big plans for when we grew up and got married, had kids. It’s strange how things change. I don’t wish her bad things… but I don’t exactly wish her well either.

Mr. Tool: My associate at the company who I can not stand. He’s a douche-bag and an asshole. He left the company in February so I don’t have to deal with him anymore.

Home-Town Hottie: This man has been one of my closest friends for as long as I can remember. He’s away right now finishing his training where he just joined the army. We have never been emotionally or physically attached although there are times when I wonder “What-If”. He’s a great person

Home-Town Hick: A dear friend of mine who has been in love with me since high school. He also recently joined the army and is away at boot camp. Distance is making the heart grow a little fonder.

Kilt-man: Another best friend from high school. Some of my funniest stories will come from this one

Ms. Tool: The new girl at work who has more then 20 years in the field. Although she is undeniably good at her job she is also, unyielding, judgmental, pious, rude, degrading and just a little bitch all around. If you haven’t noticed: We don’t like her.
